New Features in December 2023

We are excited to share new features in December 2023. These came directly from our primary interviews with site leaders and workers.

Direct Recognition:

Send a note and points to individuals or groups. This is a great way to recognize the intangibles like mentorship, celebrate company values, or say thanks for helping out for a few days. Each recognition is connected to a category you can define, such as ‘Team Work.’ This is the easiest way to send holiday gift cards to your workers in 2023!

New Feature in 2023: Send rewards and a note directly to workers

Activities in Calendar Days

Set activities in calendar days. This is handy for crews working along a critical path or production teams aiming to hit a certain output.

Self Signup

Signup large groups of workers with a digital QR code. This saves the hassle of handing out paper forms and filing them. When workers scan the code, they are directed to read our personal information disclosure form before entering their details.

Teams

Add groups of people that commonly work together to a team. Then, add the team to an activity. It’s a fast way to set new goals and adjust groups of workers that usually stay together.
